What is Energy Exchange?

 

Energy exchange is the flow of energy between individuals. Every interaction involves this exchange, and when the energy between people is coherent, it amplifies the connection and enhances relationships.

In our three-dimensional world, this energy exchange materializes in the form of time and effort. For example: a unit of time + a unit of effort = one unit of energy exchange. Time is constant for everyone—a second of your time equals a second of mine. However, effort varies, depending on the intensity and focus applied during that time. One hour of uninterrupted focus and commitment is not the same as an hour interrupted by distractions like emails or social media.
